About Nightbell
Nightbell is a small-plates restaurant with a focus on local Appalachian ingredients and craft cocktails. True to the spirit of Appalachia, both the menu and beverage program focus on preserving seasonal food and eliminating waste, while creating exciting and nostalgic, housemade ingredients ranging from bitters to sausage, jams, and more. At Nightbell, ingredients are sourced from small, local farms whenever possible, and through a nose-to-tail butchery program in partnership with Cúrate, lesser-known, more sustainable cuts of beef are used throughout the menus at both locations.
