Striving always to better himself in the kitchen, he is the anchor of sauté. Not only a great cook but a great person, Brian is an asset to our team. Ready to get his hands dirty in and outside of the kitchen, he singlehandedly pioneered a new potato planting technique for Gaining Ground Farm on a recent culinary field trip.
