From cooking demonstrations to a brunch with Asheville’s own East Fork Pottery, join Chef Katie Button at Chefs Club NY this January!

Beginning in December, James Beard Award-nominated Asheville chef Katie Button has been in New York City presenting her beloved Spanish tapas restaurant, Cúrate to New York City through a residency at Chefs Club. In the month of January, she is expanding her offerings at Chefs Club to include a series of ticketed cooking demonstrations, along with a grand finale brunch paired with an East Fork Pottery seconds sale.

Cooking Demonstrations

Held from 6-8pm inside the Chefs Club intimate private dining room and kitchen, guests will experience a first-hand look into Chef Katie Button’s culinary process, while enjoying two hours of free-flowing tapas, wine and cocktails. Look forward to a social atmosphere, with Chef Katie sharing her personal cooking tips, answering questions, and interacting with guests. It’s the perfect new year get-together for friends, family and colleagues.

  • Tuesday 1/14 Rossejat ~ paella-style noodles
  • Monday 1/20 Spanish Tortilla ~ the classic!
  • Monday 1/27 Tarta de Queso ~ burnt Basque cheesecake

Cúrate + East Fork: A Farewell Brunch and Pottery Sale

Chef Katie Button and Asheville-based East Fork are joining up for an unforgettable farewell brunch to close the residency at Chefs Club. Your ticket to the brunch will include a three-course, family-style brunch, an East Fork Tapas Plate and access to the a Seconds Sale to purchase the coveted pottery for your home.
