Just around the corner at Nightbell, enjoy a menu dedicated to sustainable and local ingredients and creative craft cocktails, influenced by the preservation practices and seasonality of Appalachia. The newest addition to the lineup is Button & Co. Bagels, is housed in the ground-level space below Nightbell. Opened in October of 2018, this take on the classic bagel shop is inspired by Asheville’s Appalachian roots and a focus on sustainability.
